About The Job

Nairenon’s Management Trainee Program of 24 months provides the opportunity for fresh graduates and junior candidates to explore selected parts of business. The program will focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administrative and Recruitment. During this period, you will learn the foundations of the selected areas as well as Nairenon’s values & principles. Upon completion of the program, you might be offered a full-time role with a specialised role that is most suited to you and your goals.


Marketing & Digital Marketing (Month 0 – Month 6)

  1. Take ownership of the oversee all aspects of our marketing and branding efforts including our partnerships, marketing database, email marketing, online presence, and campaigns.

  2. Plan content and manage our social media platforms.

  3. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

  4. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

  5. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, target audience, marketing & sales funnels.

  6. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  7. Oversee and manage all digital projects.


Recruitment (Month 6 – Month 12)

  1. Take ownership of the full spectrum of end-to-end external recruitment cycle; including sourcing candidates, phone screening, interview scheduling and other ad hoc tasks.

  2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

  3. Become a trusted advisor and build connections between individuals/talents and businesses.

  4. Ensure timely submission of suitable candidates.


Business Administrative

  1. Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and procedures.

  2. Provide administrative support to the business as required.

  3. Perform a wide range of administrative tasks and actively contribute to an effective work team environment by sharing the workload within the team.

  4. Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering.

  5. Bring in fresh, critical, creative, and constructive ideas throughout our journey.

About You

  1. A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administrative/Marketing or equivalent.

  2. A maximum of two (2) years of working experience.

  3. Experience related Marketing and/or HR will be an added advantage.

  4. Self-driven and willing to take new challenges as part of pioneering members.

  5. High sense of ownership and eager to explore different areas of business.

Job Type: Permanent Role

Location: Pinnacle PJ, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
