Newsletter Subscription Terms And Condition

By subscribing to Nairenon newsletter, you agree to receive email from us. The aim of Nairenon newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new resources, new events, and new service offerings. The subscription to Nairenon newsletter service is not mandatory.
1. FREQUENCY
The frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most three (3) per month.
2. LIMITED LIABILITY
Nairenon reserves the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to you. Nairenon will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
Nairenon reserves the sole right to unsubscribe users or visitors from our newsletter service, without notice. Nairenon will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
3. OPTING OUT
Upon registration, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. You have the right to remove yourself from the newsletter subscription list at any time. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of the confirmation email, or any subsequent newsletter you receive. Alternatively, please contact us to request to be removed from the subscription list.

The content of Nairenon’s newsletter including the ideas, designs, graphics, photographs, text, audio and audiovisual materials, documents, and any other materials contained in the newsletter are subject to copyright laws in Malaysia. In relation to the newsletter (including parts of them), you agree that you may use the newsletter for only your personal use and you may not use the newsletter for any commercial use. You may not otherwise use, copy, reproduce, modify or transmit the content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use is prohibited and protected by law.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
